Indianhealthguru Consultants does not control or operate any Treating Institution, neither does it operate or control any facility or service provided by the Treating Institution mentioned in the Package. Indianhealthguru Consultants India takes care in selecting all the ingredients in the Package and has no control whatsoever in running the Treating Institution and hence, Indianhealthguru Consultants can not be made liable / responsible for any delay, default, failure, improper services / deficiency in services provided by the Treating Institution and/or for any injury, sickness, accident, discomfort, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever which may arise due to any act of negligence, deficiency or default in services, of the management or employees of the Treating Institution.

The Treating Institution shall be solely responsible for all treatment to be provided by it to the Participants / Patient, including but not limited to surgical, medical, wellness, beauty and all related queries, opinions and complications and Indianhealthguru Consultants shall not be responsible for the same.

Any emergency, complication or medical requirement, of whatsoever nature, arising with regard to the Participant / Patient's treatment due to the Participant/Patient's present or past illness or the side effects / allergy of / to drugs or lack of adequate treatment, pre, during or post treatment will be the absolute responsibility of the Treating Institution and / or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, and Indianhealthguru Consultants shall not be responsible for the same.

Any medical information not mentioned or withheld by the Participant / Patient or his / her relatives or not asked for due to the negligence of the Treating Institution and / or the treating Doctor will be the absolute responsibility of the Treating Institution and / or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, and Indianhealthguru Consultants shall not be responsible for the same.

In case the Treating Institution and / or the treating Doctor is not competent in handling a particular emergency or complication arising pre, during or post treatment of the Participant / Patient, it shall be the absolute responsibility of the Treating Institution and / or the treating Doctor, as the case may be, to refer or call upon the competent medical authority, after taking the consent of the Participant / Patient or his / her family members / relatives / escorts / friends and Indianhealthguru Consultants shall not be responsible for the same.

Collection, use and disclosure of personal information:

When you apply to us we get most of personal information's such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation . Once you register with us , you are not anonymous to us.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide services to you or in order to do their jobs.

The Consultant does not control/own/operate any Treating Institution, neither does it operate/control any facility or service provided by the Treating Institution mentioned in the listed Packages on the site. The Treating Institution shall be solely responsible for all treatment/advice to be provided by it to the Patient, and the consultant shall not be responsible for the same.

Payments on Booking & Cancellation policy.

Booking:-

30% of the total estimate given has to be paid in advance which is non-refundable for bookings of schedule procedures and facilities.

70% of the remaining cost of estimate quote should be transferred before 25 days of arrival in India or in- emergency before the arrival.

Cancellation:-

30% of the estimate cost would be charged if cancellation made before 25 days arrival.

40% of the estimate cost would be charged if cancellation made between 10 to 15 days.

50% of the estimate cost would be charged if cancellation made between 3 to 9 days.

50% of the estimate cost would be charged if cancellation made between 1 to 2 Days. Once you reached India and if the treatment of reserved hotel or guest house or room or post treatment rehabilitation holiday is cancelled then the following cancellation over given cost quote will apply.

On Medical Reason-30% of the total expected medical treatment package + all incidentals incurred towards medical bills, travel bills, logistics and accomodation bills till date of cancellation would be the patients liability.

Disputes & Jurisdiction

In case of Medical discrepancy or Any Conflict for immutability of malpractice carried out by the patient, all the concerned parties establish and agree that all judicial action must be carried out by the patient towards the medical professional / healthcare center / hospital only within the jurisdiction of Nagpur, State of Maharashtra, India. All expenses related to the legal fees and jurisdiction matters will be the client’s liability on being proven otherwise. The Consultant and the treating institution retains the right to file defamatory suit against the crime.

Travel Insurance

Client shall be solely responsible for obtaining such travel insurance as Client shall determine to be appropriate.

The Consultant recommends that Client (i) arrange comprehensive travel insurance for the entire period of Clients travel and (ii) disclose all relevant matters to Client’s insurer (including that elective surgery will be undertaken during Clients travel)
