Dr. Dharmesh Thapar
Ex-Associate Professor in Dental Surgery, Government Dental College - Nagpur
Apart from general dentistry, Dr Dharmesh Thapar has specialized research experience in Electromyography of jaw muscles, Developing Instruments for Measuring bite force, Evaluating various methods of correlation of Jaw deformities, Helping in Developing Designs of Bone Plates for fractures of facial region etc.
He has also attended various advanced courses like Straight wire Appliance course conducted by Dr. Wick Alexander, Tip Edge Appliance course conducted by Dr. Richard Parkhouse, Use of Luhr System Bone Plates in Management of Facial Trauma, Hands on course on Dental Implantology.
Has conducted Multiple FREE Dental Surgery Camps under aegis of the Jaycees, Yavatmal, India – a project that has won “Best Community Services” and “Best Medical Project” awards by Rotary Club of Nagpur, and also the Rotary Club of Yavatmal. Projects held at this remote district in Maharashtra have benefited over 1000 patients. He is an active member of Rotary Club of Nagpur.
